Just dropping in with an update. This coming Wednesday I will have quit smoking 1 month.
Absolutely delighted and quite amazed at how easy I found it. I do however appreciate just how easy it is to get back hooked on the nicotine so I'm not letting my guard down.
Feeling great, although I do have a little bit of a hang over from last night celebrating my wife's 30th birthday. It's great to know that I am in a much healthier position now and my doctor is delighted with me. I would encourage anyone considering to quit to give Champix a go

Glad the quit is going well for you. Soon you'll be talking in terms of months and it just keeps getting better and better. Well, actually...that's a bit of a porky right there. There are tough times too but you just need to keep focussed and let yourself know that the tough times will ease back and eventually you'll not even notice them.
