The dreams, omg i didn't have them at all on my previous quits, but this time very weird stuff going on when i close my eyes. Loads of people around here have had them, i understand they do pass so we just have to put up with them for a while.

Lets face it no craves and just a few weird dreams seems like a fair trade?

Hi Jimbo :D

Well done you 8 days smoke free and pleased to hear you have no cravings

The weird/odd dreams are normal at this stage of a quit but don't last for long

Love

Marg

Hi

Me too. I'm not so much dreaming as going asleep and switching on a technicolour video player which plays in my head all night long. Unfortunately, I keep waking up during it and then when I go back to sleep again I pick up exactly where I left off. It like having dreams with a 'pause' button.

Upshot is I'm really tired all the next day as I've had such a disrupted night's sleep - but I'm hoping it will pass
