Feeling a little down today so am going to pamper myself later to try and cheer myself up. Not feeling the need for a fag but do feel like there is something missing and i can't quite put my finger on what it is . Has anybody else felt like this during there quit ???.

And to top it all off still can't get my quit meter to work !!!

Have felt like that several times.

I think the initial euphoria about quitting wanes and you get a bit of a feeling that you might be missing out on something.

You have to reinforce the positive mental attitude and move through it.

Pampering is good, and I find exercise also good.

keep up the good work.

Well done, almost a month, what a mile stone.

Know what you mean about 'Something missing, can't put your finger on it' I've felt like that all the time through this quit and previous ones.

It could be a number of things, I've felt really spaced out too...

Must be your body/brain getting used to not being fed a cocktail of nastyness - carbon monoxide, tar, nic etc?

Keep it up though and keep thinking about all the positive things!:D

Not what you're looking for?
