hi all still quit but finding it hard to give up the inhaler and gum I have 2 pices of gum a day but the doc said its not good enough and should be off (ntr), the little dog I found is coming on great and the vet said he is in good shape, I got my back operation its very soar but I can walk a bit now:oJimbo

Jimbo so pleased that the little dog you found is coming along well, always got all the time in the world for animal lovers, Do not know about your operation maybe I missed it be pleased to hear you are on your feet - bet the dog is too.....

Re the gum and the inhalator, have you tried the inhalator without the cartridge, I somethings fiddle around with these, also I mess around with blutac think I may be addicted to fiddling! Oh well should have been a fidler.

Better do has you're told Jimbo - we never did find out what happedned to the plumber - saw a picture of him when Madds had done with him - enough to make you proper poorly he was!:):)

Hi Jimbo

So glad your recovering well. i find it harder to stay quit if Im not on top form Feel sorry for myself HAHA so well done. Has for the nrt how long have you been quit now on my last quit i used nrt for 12 weeks. Maybe keep the gum with you but use normal gum it only takes 72 hours and its gone you maybe supprised.
