I have completed my 1st week smoke free so moving up to my 2nd week.I have been using champix which i have found quite good a couple of side effects upset stomach and trouble sleeping but i seem to be getting these under control now.So far this quit has been fairly easy and im realy enjoying being smoke free again.

Thanks jude and barbara and robert well done for reaching week 2 i am pretty confident that we will do it this time.Robert are you finding this quit easier? As so far im finding this quit realy easy havent had any cravings or hardly thought about smoking wasn't sure if it was the champix or because ive already done about 50+ days quit and already gone through the worst off it?.
I think Champix really does make it easier - I'm down to one a day and hope to cut that in half in the next couple of weeks. I've never had a forum like this in any of my previous attempts either, and find it a BIG help. I've done a LOT more reading about the evil weed too, and I believe I have learned a lot from my previous failures. All in all, I feel VERY positive this time around
I'm wary of coming off Champix altogether and too soon though, so we'll just have to see how it goes.
