Thanks jude and barbara and robert well done for reaching week 2 i am pretty confident that we will do it this time.Robert are you finding this quit easier? As so far im finding this quit realy easy havent had any cravings or hardly thought about smoking wasn't sure if it was the champix or because ive already done about 50+ days quit and already gone through the worst off it?.

onwards and upwards

Dave

I think Champix really does make it easier - I'm down to one a day and hope to cut that in half in the next couple of weeks. I've never had a forum like this in any of my previous attempts either, and find it a BIG help. I've done a LOT more reading about the evil weed too, and I believe I have learned a lot from my previous failures. All in all, I feel VERY positive this time around :)

I'm wary of coming off Champix altogether and too soon though, so we'll just have to see how it goes.

I have been quit for 1 Month, 1 Week, 5 Days, 10 hours, 15 minutes and 34 seconds (41 days). I have saved £207.13 by not smoking 828 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days and 21 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 17/02/2008 22:00
