:mad: fed up today, the bleeding champix isnt working today, i sooooooo wanna fag, ive kept busy all day and ive run out of stuff to do!

house is spotless, washing and ironing done, im clean

now is the hard time for me!

go to your local video store & rent like 3 movies or something

spend all day on the sofa being lazy watching movies

you owe it to yourself to not do anything

and if you think it's hard today.. think about how hard it'll be to do it the next time around

Hi jude sorry to hear you are not to good today as you have done realy well to get to day 12.Please rember plenty of pma and this craving will pass and you will feel great for not smoking.And if you have run out of stuff to do you can always come and clean my house he he.

hi babe. sorry to hear you having a bad day. i know how you feel. im having the worst day in history (see elvis once said!!!LOL)

i guess you just have to try n get through today and think that tommorrow will be better.

plus, i got given some good advice that if you had a cig, wouldn't your day then just be worse?

im hiding under the covers tommorrow!!!!

thanks for your posts, it does make me feel better.

ill be glad when today is over, early bath and a early night for me, i dont think hubby can take much more of me today!!

HANG TOUGH!! Dont give in...also, thank you so much for your support. I am having a crappy day too and am dying to smoke but....I know if I do it will lead me eventually back to : Chest pain, cough, no energy, no money, ugly and disgusting butts in the ashtray, etc. Not worth your LIFE!!
