Flippy: Yes it feels a load easier for me now I am 1 month through. I would not say I don’t think about it ... but I think about it a lot less!!! I find it very easy to dismiss as I look at the positives more from not smoking....no congestion in the morning (though I seemed to have picked up a mild cold yesterday :S …. more energy … and not having to feel so guilty with myself about having such a pointless, expensive, smelly and destructively addictive habit. I looking forward to being far more active in my sports/recreations this year so the outlook is very exciting :D. Stay with it, it’s worth while as are you –x-
