Week2!

I'm sitting here with an inhaler close to me but happy all the same.. Week 2 commences right now and I'm pretty sure it won't be as hard as week 1...

I'm not going to lie, I found week one tricky.... But the personal sense of acheivement for getting through it and the money in the jar on my desk to spend on something fun has been a spur!

Week 2? Fingers crossed.... Still want to smoke, three or four times a day I get big time cravings so I just go on a march....

I will not smoke tomorrow though...
