An artical about bananas in a magazine I was reading say's:

Think you have tried everything to help you stop smoking?

Think again. Bananas contain high levels of vitamins C. A1. B6 and B12

as well as potassium and magnesium, which can all help the body recover

from the effects of nicotine withdrawal

Don't know if it works: Sue

I try to eat at least 2 at dinner time. Apparently the contain some form of nicotene derivative that eases withdrawal symptons.

Day 25 of cold turkey and the pains are not as noticeable. Bananas are also good for the brain ...loads of potassium in them.:)
