has anyone tried the silva method. I was already trying to quit smoking using meditation techniques but while browsing through the net, i found out that techniques wich helps your brain to vibrate to the alpha vibration where you can stimulate your subconscious mind (which makes up 90% of our personality).

i was using zyban but my body would not adapt to it and the side effects where exausting me. but then i tried nicorette but it would never reduce the mental dependency. So i associated my treatment of nicorette with the alpha beat from the silva method and incrediblely it worked. Hope i could help it a bit.

You may want to look for something to twirl in your hands while you try the patch. It keeps your hands busy.
