The only side effects I have had with Calquence is I am often tired even tho I am getting enough sleep. I also have had some diarrhea off and on.

I’ve been on Imbruvica for mantle cell NHL and on and off have had constipation, but also soft stools. I don’t think it causes fatigue, but I cannot tell for sure because my fatigue could well be caused by otjer factors including aging. Calquence is one of several newer variations on Imbruvica. There are alternatives. Talk to your doctor.
