Coming off Ibrutinib

My partner has been told by his Oncologist to stop taking Ibrutinib, as it is no longer effective. He has been off it for the past 3 days and today experienced the most severe stomach pains. He was told by his Doctor to take Paracetamols to stop the pain. I imagine he will start getting night sweats soon. We are awaiting our next appointment with the Oncologist to decide on his next course of treatment. Has anybody else had severe symptoms when coming off the drug and how long did they last? Many thanks,

My husband has been dying to see off of ibrutin because he has some harsh side effects doing it cold turkey . Right now since he cut back he is getting some back aches that can be from that. A little more tired . Very little night sweet maybe 2 times in4 months . But he had them even when he was on the full dose of ibrutinib. He's a little worried about being off of meds completely
