There's no need for special equipment as many of them use a chair or other props that we already have around the house. The simpler we make exercise, the more likely we are to do it and even look forward to it.
I now have the shaking bad. Blood numbers are bad. Doctor says I have two diseases, the violent tremors unknown. Raynauds is only present in my blood levels, small cell lymphoma. The shaking occurs as as a bonus as doesthedizziness and lossof balance. What can I do?
Sorry to hear that you're suffering with tremors. My father suffered also with this in his later years and had to give up his beloved photography hobby. There are medications which can help to lessen the symptoms but I don't know anything about them - only a doctor could advise but worth pursuing this with your physician and deciding if a medication would help. All medications have side effects so you have to weigh up the pros and cons.
While none of us would choose to have lymphoma, it is possible to live well with it for a long time and we can help ourselves to stay well with a bit of even gentle exercise every day and cutting out the junk and processed food from our diet. It's not necessary to go all organic or eat the so called 'super foods'. Just more of whatever vegetables and fruits that you like and less foods from a packet is a good start.
