How to improve egfr

Ive been a diabetic for 8 yrs and now on stage 3b and with egfr of 34. Im getting worried. How can I improve my egfr. I have heard good things about apple cider vinegar but Im acidic and had duodenal ulcer before and now treated by stopping taking acidic food and not eating oily food also

I'm in stage 3a and have ulcerative colitis. When I had a session with a renal nutritionist she said to give priority to the advice I've been given to my ulcerative colitis. Although a friend who has no gastrological problems says she benefits from taking cider vinegar, I won't take a chance on it.

Thanks. Ill just follow the doctors advice than suffering the sour belching and bloating caused by the acid

Apple cider has a weak acid called acetic acid u can dilute a table spoonful of apple cider in a glass of water , then its very much diluted add anther spoonful of honey to change cider , that is how i use it,i got positive results.
