My husband CKD Diabetic, hypertension... Feeling very cold all the time.

We live in the Middle East. It is v hot now.but he has to use heater .what can we do? In another 2 weeks we are going to travel to USA and C ANADA. I am worried. What measures to take? He has taken the flu shot but not the pneumonia vaccine.

If he feels cold you should invest in some good warm thermal under clothing, long sleeve and maybe full length men thermal underwear. North America this time of year is warm for us but it will feel cold for your husband, drink hot drinks and perhaps carry a thermos flask of tea or coffee. I'm not sure on any vaccines. Fleece tops are warm and wool jumpers. Are you both insured for medical emergencies?

If you're husband is on warfarin his blood might be thin, which will make him feel cold. Take care
