Bellecept and back pain
are you in prednisolone ? It might be that.?
I had debilitating back pain when on Adoport MMF and prednisolone. In fact worse than any illness I’d ever experienced In the end the thing that saved me was an app called Curable. Try a 2 week trial before committing. Life changer for me. Recommended by my physio. The drugs take their toll . It’s very hard on our bodies.
In the end I changed from MMF to Azathioprine and managed to get off Prednisolone completely and touch wood my back better . My body is much weaker though from drugs and will stay that way. I think it ages us prematurely.
Keep going

I felt tired after my first treatment and had a headache. I was a little concerned. It seems like you had the complication of back trouble. I texted my nephrologist and nurse practitioner. I was concerned that this was going to happen after every monthly infusion. They said there can be various side effects as a body gets used to the new medication. In subsequent treatments I felt fine afterwards. Their reassurance lowered my stress level. Talk to your transplant team so that they can advise you. It’s awful to have pain. I hope this situation is resolved for you soon.
