can I go abroad(Canada) for studies after a kidney tranplant. It has been 4 years since my kidney got transplanted and Iam 21 years old.
do the extreme cold weather cause any problems?
will there be any difficulties to get Permanent residence?

Canada has a modern medical system so it should be ok. I would work with my transplant center to arrange how to reliably get my medications and find a transplant center or nephrologist to monitor you near your university, including the tests. Good luck.
Hello, My spouse got his transplant Nov2018 and we live in US near Montreal and cold weather does not seem to affect how my spouse feels.
My husband is Canadian. Canada has a national health care system like most modern countries in the world. The USA private health system is an outlier. Do a lot of research as to availability of meds - you may have to have them shipped from the US to Canada. Also, do research as to what doctors/hospitals will help you. I’ve had health issues while in Canada and they would take care of simple issues but would not take care of anything kidney related because they wanted my docs in the US to handle that. Good luck
