Some useful information regarding Sun Cream

Dear Everyone,

I haven't 'Posted', on here, for some time- even though I do 'Belong' here, I had a Transplant in July 2013.

I was Prescribed a Factor 50+ sun block called 'Sun Sense', which comes from Australia. Basically it isn't Currently Available, here in the UK... it is a Good Job, that I still had some from last year! After many requests I have finally received an answer, to my request or an 'alternative' (or alternatives).

Basically I (we) can use ANY Sun Cream/ Screen, so long as it is 'Factor 50+ UVA & UVB Maximum'. I have found a 'Nivea Sun Kids Protect And Care...50+ Very High...Immediate Protection'- which is a light blue colour. This is an Extremely Good product, easy to apply, quite Long Lasting and light blue- so you can easily see where you have 'Put' it! (don't worry it's Not blue, once it's on you). I have been wearing this 'all day', I put some on this morning- I had an appointment. I then put 'Quite A Bit' on before going out- after 3:30, for probably an hour or so. I'm beginning to feel a Bit Sticky now, it's 10:30.

I have just Washed Off, the Sun Cream, using a little shampoo on a flannel- quite effective, without much effort. So yes definitely 'A Recommendation', as an alternative.

Just thought that I'd Share this.... since we might be coming 'out of lockdown'- realistically speaking by August.
