It’s been 14 months I had my kidney transplant surgery. I took my 1st dose of Pfizer 19 days back. Today got my blood work done and the results are abnormal. Doctor said it might be due to reaction with steroids. Please let me know if anyone else experienced similarly. Also now I am scared to take the 2nd dose.

If the blood work was done after 19 days of your shot it is highly unlikely to be related to it. mRNA clears from our system very quickly.
Thanks for replying. The cause of my kidney failure was iga nephropathy. I am 33 year old. We will we repeating all the tests again in a month. But now I am really afraid of the fluctuation. Hope it will get back to normal.
Higher than normal level of Immature Granulocytes is typically a sign of infection. Once the inflammation is resolved it will normalize so don't panic over it. Repeat the lab work and your doctor will know how to treat , if it needs treatment.
