I take tacrolimus to manage my kidney transplant. I live in Zimbabwe and coronavirus infections have been increasing . Drs here are using ivermection and hydoxychloroquine to treat covid with considerable success. I wanted to get some information on how covid has been treated in other countries for those who have had a kidney transplant

I am in the USA. I've been told by nephrology to stay home and away from people unless I have a doctor appointment where I have to be seen in person. Don't eat out or get takeout. I haven't been anyplace except doctor appointments and rides in the car since January of this year. I honestly do not know what medication I would be put on if I acquired covid-19. For the general population, the meds seem to change, but basically have been what is being used in your country. I have a will should something happen.
