Dear 11642,
I 'vaguely remember', something about, Foot Problems being possible, Post Transplant- I think? In any case, Do Make an appointment, with your Doctors/ Consultant/ Specialist whoever you are 'Under'- to discuss this matter.
By the way, did you Really have your Transplant in '1917'? This would make you well Over 100 Years Old! I suspect, that you meant 2017😂. I had Mine, in July 2013, four years before yourself....unless it really WAS 1917, that is!
Look after yourself 11642, thanks for the 'Unintended Laugh', DO get that Appointment though. Since we ARE, well into November, Merry Christmas- to you and your Family.

Double check with your transplant team regarding your foot problems. They did refer me to a podiatrist that is familiar with foot problems associated with transplant. Not all podiatrists are familiar with transplant issues that is why it is good to hear who the transplant team recommends.
I had my transplant in 1999 - so it's been 20 years ago. I have issues with "weird" toenails, some of my fingernails too. I have been on the immunosuppressants for 20 years and is making my nails grow a little strange. The podiatrist has helped a lot with my problems.
Good luck!
