I had 2 labs and doc visits this week too. The creatinine readings were 1.6 in both. all other readings were in the normal range. There was a little bit of anxiety as to why the creatinine did not go down in the second lab this week as it had in the prior week. We had many questions for the docs. They were patient, not concerned at all. They liked how I was doing.
My hemoglobin was still a bit low. My blood pressure had stabilized (was generally on the lower side without even taking medication).
This week they increased tacrolimus (Envarsus) again to 10 mg because they wanted a higher trough level.
Pain wise, I had very little/no pain. It was only when I had to move that I felt pain. I could not sleep well at night. Doc suggested taking a pain killer at night. It did help.

In my first 8 weeks post my creatine went from 1.1 to 1.8 at its highest point. They checked me out for rejection and everything was normal. I was taken off Bactrim and my creatine dropped to 1.4. Now at 7 1/2 months post my range is from 1.5 to 1.7 and they told me that will be my range level which is good. We all have different range levels so do not stress yourself out, your team will let you know when to be concerned.
Congratulations - every day, week, minute is an accomplishment. What you have gone thru is huge and give yourself and your numbers time. We (collective - this whole site!) are proud of you and cheering you on. My numbers were erratic for a bit. Focus on you.
