Diagnosed as IgA

Hi I am 27 and was diagnosed as IgA with Creatinine 10.8, I haven't started dialysis but will probably start within a few months. Dr showed this community to me and I saw a lot positive stories here. I guess I have to start my own fighting journey.

Be compliant as possible! Watch your fluids. Get as much rest as possible and exercise if able. I did this for six years and lived a somewhat normal life. God bless

Woa - that's a scary thing to hear. I was diagnosed out of the blue at 21with kidney failure, creat around 14, started dialysis right away. It was a heavy adjustment, but I'm now 38 and living a very full life. You'll get there. This feels like your whole story right now, but over time it will become just another part of your story.
