I am 5 months post transplant and in this period my creatinine level has been fluctuating up and down by up to 10% in a week. My consultant says it can take a year to stabilise. In my case it seems the concentration of anti rejection drugs in my blood is having a direct effect on the functionality of my transplanted kidney.

after my transplant i was told to drink 5-6 bottles of water a day. I had to force it down after being on dialysis for over 2 yrs. I had 3 rejections in the first year & 1/2. I drink lots of water to this day. my creatinine is stable around 1.5 for 4 years. Good luck!!
