I'm reaching out to you all with the hope that you can help me share this news far and wide.I'm 57 years old and live in Waunakee, WI. I just learned that I need a kidney transplant, and a living donor is my best chance of survival.
My journey unexpectedly changed 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease due to IGA nephropathy. I have less energy to do things I love due to chronic condition that is causing my kidney function to slowly diminish.
I want to be healthy again and enjoy my family and friends. I look forward to the day I'm not tired , unwell, and can live my life to the fullest. A kidney from a living donor can save my life. If you would consider being my living donor, please complete the form at uwhealth.org/can-I-be-a-donor.
Donation coats are covered by my insurance, and the information you share will be kept confidential with the transplant team. Please like and share this post on your own page, and then many more people can hear my story. You can also get more details via my link at nkr.org/CQV257.
Thank you!
