Hi! I was a aultristic living donor in 2015. I love any chance I get to advocate for living donation and look forward to more opportunities to get involved!

I would like to donate for my boyfriend but wondering if I would be eligible if I have had my spleen removed in my childhood?

I see. I guess the best thing to do is ask my doctor and be evaluated. Do most Primary Physicians know how to evaluate a potential donor?

You would need to go to your bf transplant center to get evaluated. There is no cost to you. They will evaluate you for donation in general then evaluate if you are a good match for him
