TO EVERYONE: I have TONS of Nutritional Information From the USDA Website I Can Share

I downloaded 15 spreadsheets from the USDA website. 13 of them are different food groups with potassium, phosphorous, and sodium values (over 100 foods listed in each). 1 is just potassium and 1 is just phosphorous (over 700 foods listed each). I would not suggest going to the USDA website and trying to find this information, this is the worst site to navigate. I did these downloads before they changed the website and it was easy to find this info., but not now. The spreadsheets are pretty small in size, xlsx or csv format. If you want a list of the food groups let me know.

Lots of people may have some of this information already or went and downloaded it themselves. Anyway, thanks fir providing this information.
