Since being in the hospital I’ve lost weight. I need to put on 10-15 pounds. Can anyone recommend high calorie foods but I’m lactose intolerant so can’t do dairy.

nut butters are a great way to add calories and be mindful of potassium. Crackers with PB and if you really want to add calories add regular butter to the cracker. One of my all time favorite snacks in my youth was Fritos and PB. Bread is yummy when fresh. Try getting real bakery bread and not store bought. Pasta, pasta pasta and add oil and garlic and veggies if you are not eating sauce.
Add oils to veggies like olive oil or even real butter. Stay away from margarine.
Watch out, avocados are extremely high in fat but also potassium.
All time calorie maker.... donuts or anything fried dough. Cake with lots of butter creme frosting.
Adding gravy to dinners like chicken or turkey. Stuffing is wonderfully fattening especially if you cover it in gravy.
I know gaining weight is as serious as losing, but boy, I wish I had your issue. I love food and use to bake and make candy and cook like crazy.
