Dizziness all the time . I am on PD

Does anyone experience dizziness . I am on PD and am dizzy all the time.

Are they keeping track of your Protien and Iron levels ?....Dialysis itself removes Protien and you have to be sure to replace it after each treatment.

It may be due to too much fluid removal causing low blood pressure. What is blood pressure running? Any changes in weight? Have you discussed this with your team? This must be a conversation to have with your nephrologist, nurse and dietitian. Blessings

No weight changes and blood pressure is never low, usually 150/70.

Definitely bring this up with your medical team. My husband is on PD and doesn't experience dizziness. (His blood pressure is in the same range as yours.) A number of things can cause dizziness - perhaps you have an inner ear disturbance, an allergy to a dialysate, a hormone imbalance, and so on. Do check it out - dizziness is very disruptive and can lead to falls, accidents, and more. Give the professionals a call.

I agree tell nephrologist they may need to tweak your treatment. Dont suffer in silence.
