Cancer treatment with dialysis

My husband has been on dialysis for three years, he has recently had a melanoma removed and is due to have a PET scan to see if the cancer has traveled. The recommendation is that he has Keytruda immune therapy every three weeks, how will this work with dialysis, won’t it be removed by the dialysis.
