Hello. You will have to increase your intake of protein. Eat meat, fish, chicken, eggs, protein bars and protein shakes. You will have to make an effort to incorporate protein into your diet from available and palatable sources available to you. Pick protein products that you like. If it tastes bad you won't eat it and it won't matter how protein it has.

My kidney center they provide us protein drink Nepro with butter and pecan flavor every run, It's delicious, like milk shake.
