my b/p 128/56 =54 126/53=46 120/53=46 120/57=46 still got irregular pulse beats since I had a ecg,I can't understand why they haven't mentioned any meds to try and slow it down while it's in early stages of proteinuria, any ideas.

Maybe you should check out the Atrial Fibrillation forum. They talk about ectopic (skipped) heart beats, but they all get atrial fibrillation, an arrhythmia that can last for hours, days or months and can cause strokes. I don't know much about mild proteinuria. Its sometimes associated with kidney disease, but kidney problems are only diagnosed when proteinuria is accompanied by other abnormalities, I think. Your bp statistics are all excellent. I wish my labs were as good as yours are- I have about 2 dozen results that are slightly abnormal- but I have had a lot of health issues in my life, which I'm guessing you have not, and am grateful to feel well, and don't worry about an abnormality if my doctor doesn't bring it up. It took a long time to reach this equilibrium- I just made a decision to stay positive.
