Do I have CKD if there is no albumin in the urine but my eGFR is 28?

I had one reading of 28 for eGFR, but I was dehydrated that day, still it was about the 34 the next time which is still CKD. Might be time to get educated about CKD.

oh, and I have never had albumin in the urine, it is not required for a CKD diagnosis.

The fact you don't have protein in urine is more relevant than Egfr. However 28 is a value which requires a serious deep dive. Is not said 100% you have CKD but as others said better to refer at nephrolithiasis as soon as possible.
