replacement for Renadyl

Hello, Can anyone recommend a different probiotic for kidney health besides Renadyl. I placed an order on their website three weeks ago. I was charged for a three bottle supply but it was never shipped to me. When I contacted them first I was told they thought it was fraud but they billed and got paid from my credit card company. Then they sent me a tracking number but the tracking number said merchandise had not Ben brought to the USPS facility yet. Contacted them again and now they say the shipment must have been lost but USPS says it was never received from the merchant. Feel like I am just getting the runaround from KIBOW. So I want to try a different brand but do not know which to purchase. Can anyone recommend a different brand? Thank you.

Do a charge back on your credit card. Tell the credit card company you never received the item. Make the company who charged you prove that you received the item.

I placed an order for Renadyl and received a confirmation email on 10th February. I was waiting weeks taking and was worried it was not being delivered because my previous delivery only took 4 days. but it eventually arrived on Friday 1st March. I am in Ireland so Customs or overseas shipping may have slowed it down.

I’m interested in this product. However on their website there are no pictures of the list of ingredients. Many supplements bought on line usually have a pic of all ingredients, so it makes me hesitant when a website does not disclose this info. Can you provide a pic of the back of your carton. I would like to show it to my neph and get approval.
