I did take it for awhile but didn’t notice any difference in my lab results. Actually, I got much better results by taking resveratrol, CoQ10 and quercetin. My eGFR went from 54 to 78 and my creatinine went from 1.4 to .80

That is significant benefits from my regimen. My kidney doctor said it was remarkable and to continue to do what I’m doing.

I was wondering what your dosages are for what you take for kidney health? How long before you saw results?

Resveratrol 1,000 mg

CoQ10 200 mg

Quercetin 500 mg

I am a very small person (4’ 10” 97 lbs) so you would have to adjust the dosage according to your body weight and size.

I saw results by the next lab testing six months later. I don’t know exactly how long it took to affect my kidneys as I had a six month interval between tests so it could have been effective sooner and I wasn’t aware.

I looked up Quercetin and it says it can be bad for kidneys.

There are many more credible articles regarding the benefits of quercetin to kidneys.

Thank you. I emailed my kidney doctor and asked about it, but I sure she won't reply until after the holidays.

I would love to know the dosage for the supplements you’re taking. Congrats on the improvement!

I haven't taken Renadyl--wanted to know if anyone else has. You can go to their website. I am not associated with the company. I have 4th stage. and trying hard.

Sorry, I replied to the wrong person. I currently take Renadyl. It helps my digestion. 🤗

Does renadyl do anything for your kidneys? Does it help your gfr and/or your creatine level?

The only thing I have really noticed is that my food digests better. I wish I could be more specific. I started taking it, because a good website called DadViceTV had listed it as a probiotic. You might check it out. Lots of info there.

I've taken it for about 4 years. It's a probiotic. Did not change my numbers but did help with stomach issues. Dr recently changed my probiotic to Allign because it's a prebiotic anf probiotic. So I've been taking that with better results. Numbers still the same. I think it's all about getting rid of the toxins that your kidneys can't.

I just started taking Renadyl two months ago to try it out. My RD recommended it. Before using this, I was taking another Probiotic I found at Amazon: 21st Century Acidophilus Probiotic Blend Capsules, 150-Count (Pack of 2) for about $21.00 for the two pack. It is cheaper and doesn't have as many of the good bacteria as Renadyl does, but my eGFR though low at 13 -15 has held steady around this number for two years now. Of course, I don't know if it is the Probiotic and the Vegan diet I've been eating that has held my low eGFR steady or just because. I just had my three month lab work done today and I am curious to see if Renadyl made a better difference for me than the other Probiotic. I shall let you know. If Renadyl shows an improvement, I'll stay on it unless I can't find it. If not, I'll go back to the other Probiotic. I wish you all the best of health on you CKD journey.
