Hi I am having an Endo vascular fistula proceedure next month in preparation for hemo dialysis. If anyone has any information or experience about this I would be very grateful to hear. Thank you

I had hemodialysis, but I had Central Venous Access port placed, not fistula, due to admission and long hospital illness. However, there are people on this site that have gone through similar procedure. Read posts from Bassettmommer. She has posted her recent experience with this.Hope this helps🙏🤞

Hi Maria. I had a fistula fitted 6 weeks before starting Haemodialysis. That was 18 months ago. Is there anything in particular you want to know or are worried about? Happy to answer any questions that I can.

Thank you, the endo procedure was not successful I was gutted, so now looking to get the normal surgical operation soon. I have had talks with the surgeon and feel better about it all.

If you have someone to go with you I suggest it. I saw so many people get too much fluid pulled from them. Watching the spasms is hard.
