Drinking milk deslactosed with proteinuria

They are all sorts of ckd patients some with proteinuria and some without it if you drink deslactosed milk is ir more Harmful than the low milk reduce or mnormal milk ?

Now not all patients are prohibited to drink since they can still regulate phosphorus or potassium in the blood what I believe is that maybe those types of patients have to limit this or it applies to all ckd not to drink it

I saw a YouTube video about various milk substitutes for Kidney patients. The conclusion was that unsweetened Almond milk was the best choice.
