Anyone experienced Amyloidosis on Dialysis? I heard ghat haemodiafiltration can help. Is the cost of haemodiafiltration same as haemodialysis?

I was diagnosed with amyloidosis last year. It is usually only problematic after many years of dialysis, like 10, 15, 20 years. I had bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome with surgical intervention. I now have cubital tunnel syndrome and left hand carpal tunnel syndrome has returned. I have been on hemodialysis for 21 years. No discussion regarding hemodiafiltration has occurred. They are not exactly the same.

I am on dialysis for 4+yrs post my first transplant failure. I have pain in my heels and knees while walking. I suspect Amyloidosis. I was told that high flux dializer might help and haemodiafiltration is even better as they remove proteins that cause Amyloidosis.
