Hi questioner123,
Members here have given some great suggestions, but remember that every patient is different.
Contacting the IgAN foundation at IgAN.org. is great.
Have you received suggestions from your nephrologist over the years or seen a renal dietician? That would be a great start.
A dietician who will look at your labs and your diagnosis and come up with a list of foods which are both healthy, appetizing and geared to your needs at this point.

I am a Membraneous Nephropathy patient, which is a sister disease to yours. So I understand your dilemma.
Basically, I watch my sodium ( 1500-2000mg), eat a low protein diet; no red meat, no processed foods as cold cuts, bacon, canned soups, etc. I watch my potassium which can be found in various fruits and vegetables and my phosphorous which is found in dairy. Cheeses are also high in sodium so reading packages is important.
I am basically plant based, eating fresh or fresh frozen vegetables; grilled, steamed, roasted. Best are cauliflower, cabbage, peppers, onions, and zucchini squash. I also eat alot of hummus, dishes with beans as my potassium is normal. Egg whites and skinless chicken are also good choices.
I do have pasta, but will use olive oil and alot of non- sodium spices as onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano and smoky organic paprika.
Because our diseases are autoimmune, it's important to watch food consumption which will cause inflammation as this aggravates a flare-up. Sugars, refined grains,
snack foods, including chips, cookies, crackers and pastries, sodas, especially dark colas, high sugar content and fried foods are examples.
Drink your water, tea and coffee are fine, it's the things that you put in them
