Cruise ports of call and dialysis

Any suggestions for my husband on ports of call dialysis clinics in Cabo and Puerta Vallerta? The cruise ship does not have dialysis on ship, so he has to go off ship...we will be out for 7 days...

You can skip a couple of days if he is in good shape and young. I've done it when I went to the beach. I was 18 and doing well.Are you going to be gone 7 days? That is a long time to skip.

Did you check with their version of a health department?

If it is a cruise, I wouldn't go if provisions couldn't be made for him.

what does your doctor say about taking such a trip.? I would never risk it for fear that I couldn’t get the care I needed if something went wrong. With Covid and it’s variants and flu circulating widely I think it’s risky.
