Recent protein/creatinine ratio shows 252 mg/g, but I'm having a hard time figuring out if this is good, bad, or what.
Can someone please help?

You need to ask a nephrologist. He or she is the best person to explain.
Anything over 30 is a problem. There are charts online with yells you what zone you are in alo g with gfr. Green orange or red. But 200 is problematic.
It is slightly higher than recommended. Less than 200mg/g is considered normal.
