Variable gfr

Hi everyone. My gfr is pretty stable at about 138umol/l, but occasionally spikes to around 170,then drops again . This been happening for years.Anybody have similar issues. ?. I have CKD 3. Thnx all

There are a lot of reserch to suggest that plant base diet will extended the life of your kidney. google it. be safe
