I saw a post with a link to a very nice nutritional food list. It had page after page of foods with calories, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, etc. Does anyone have the link to that database/spreadsheet of foods? Thank you!

I can share the websites that I use for food nutrition information. The first one I use is the USDA data bases of food nutrition. The USDA website is the largest and most comprehensive website food nutrition database I could find. This website is a little hard to navigate; however it is easy to download their PDF files.

The next nutritional database, I use, is the Kidney Kitchen website.

Potassium nal.usda.gov/sites/www.nal....

Phosphorus nal.usda.gov/sites/www.nal....

Protein nal.usda.gov/sites/www.nal....

These databases are in alphabetical order. In order to find a particular food in this database, without scrolling the entire list, you need to use the "find" function on your computer.

The Kidney Kitchen databases are:

Potassium kitchen.kidneyfund.org/wp-c...

Phosphorus kitchen.kidneyfund.org/wp-c...

Protein kitchen.kidneyfund.org/wp-c...

This database is not as comprehensive as the FDA website.

I hope these website are helpful.

Thank you so much for taking your time to do this. These will be very helpful. The one I saw had everything in one list, but these are great and I appreciate your help!
