Does anyone with stage 4 have symptoms of staying sleepy?

I am stage 3 and I experience it. I did notice my sleepiness it after I eat mostly. It helps me to eat smaller portions.

There may be other causes, but I know that Kidney disease can lead to anemia. Anemia can result in fatigue and feeling weak and sleepy. The digestive track has muscles. Muscles use oxygen. Anemia reduces red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen. In my opinion, after eating or exercise, if one has anemia, one would expect more fatigue after eating as the digestive track kicks into gear and uses more oxygen taking it away from other organs, like the brain, resulting in fatigue and sleepiness, but I think could also lead to weakness.

Check your haemoglobin and iron levels, also take into account that toxins in the blood will cause fatigue.
