EGFR MEASUREMENT

I normally live in UK but currently live in the Caribbean and my renal results are measured using the USA formula which I think is slightly different. My latest eGFR number is 33. I have only one kidney as I lost my left one to cancer. I am 86 year old female with chronic heart disease taking Losartan, Bisoprolol, Eplerenone and Furusemide (40mg) but am generally well. I take Hiprex also which keeps away urinary tract infections. I give these details as I realise I am fairly OK because these results are low but not too bad. My question is how an eGFR number in USA is converted to UK number. I know the formula is complex but I am hoping someone here can tell me what my current eGFR is in the UK formula. I have googled and written about it but no joy,

Thank you for your prompt reply. The calculator general gave the same result. The one from UK I need to look at my last test result as it requires a reading I cannot recall. But all in all your reply was really helpful. I have been a member here for a long time but rarely post which I guess is good news! So thank you. Keep well. Anniel
