Good one! I think it is important for all of us to remember that pasta in its correct portion size is only 1/2 cooked. That is not a lot of pasta. I have looked at some of the lentil type pastas and they could be a good alternative to non meat eaters, but again I go back to the fact that plant proteins are not readily available for use by the body, except soy which a lot of people can't tolerate. Do you eat pasta, how about the lentil type pastas? Do you like them? I find they have a strange taste and my family hates them.
