thanks for sharing and good health , stay safe to all , as my duaghter a nurse scolded me , you don't realize it is a matter of life or death , stay at home. Interesting the diet restricts oats to those who don't have a problem with potassium, phophorus or sodium

I've just completed my 1st 7 days of self-restricted "at home time". With a great deal of rain, I've stayed mostly inside but did take a brief car ride yesterday just to get out of the house.

What are others doing to pass more "at home time"?
