Every Transplant Center thoroughly evaluates each potential donor. The top priority is the safety and well being of the donor as the donor has a completely separate evaluation team than the recipient. The team will make the determination whether you would be able to donate a kidney. Best wishes!!

There are so many variables as to the viability of the candidate that can only be evaluated by a professional. So if your are interested, ask your doctor to see if there is a transplant clinic and then go have them check you out.
