Hi Mely,

Leukocytes Esterase is a test for amount of white cells in your urine. It MIGHT indicate an infection such as a UTI. It is hard to always get a clear sample and so it might be also a false-positive. Do you have any other symptoms such as urinating more, back pain, or painful urination? Check back with your doctor.

Thank you so much for respond I do not have UTI that's why I got scared I only had sharp pain in my kidneys for 3 days but that's over now the only thing that I have noticed I have been very tired lately and feel numbness in my face and my legs I do not know if that is connected, thank you again.

Hi Mely,

Not to my knowledge is that a symptom of kidney issues unless very dehydrated. You should call your doctor and tell them about the numbness.
