Urinary casts are tiny tube-shaped particles that can be found during a urinalysis when viewed under a microscope. They can include both red and white blood cells, and other substances like fat or protein. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the reply..
Is it very serious? Please explain how to treat it.
Thanks
I can't make either prognosis or diagnosis. Now that you know what it is you should do is ask your Urologist those questions. If the test was done by your PCP, then ask for a referral to see one. A urologist should be an important member of your Care Team.
Sure, thank you
Thank you, Mr. Kidney. I am grateful for the sound advice you give on multiple occasions. Keep up the good work!
